What this website is

Service Path Hub publishes informational pages about Marvel-themed NFT comic variant cataloging: cover treatments, drop windows, edition notes, and inventory ledgers. The site does not sell tokens, does not host checkout, and does not collect lead forms.

Intellectual property

Site copy, original panel layout, and the SPH mark belong to the operator of Service Path Hub unless a page says otherwise. MARVEL, character names, and related imagery are trademarks and copyrighted works of their respective owners. Marketplace names such as Veve and exchange marks such as Binance remain with their owners. You may not copy our ledger language into a product that pretends to be an official studio index.

Compatibility claims

References to Veve describe an external place where collectors may view live digital comics. References to Binance-compatible screens describe unofficial public quotes a collector might already watch. Compatibility is not affiliation, certification, sponsorship, or partnership.

Third-party services and external links

Links leave our server. We do not control Veve, any exchange, font hosts, or image hosts. Those parties have their own terms. A broken listing or a changed drop time on another site is not a breach of our cataloging notes.

No financial service

Service Path Hub is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

Liability

Catalog notes can be wrong if a screenshot was cropped, a mint was unpublished, or a listing title changed after we wrote. We are not liable for missed drops, trading losses, or arguments inside collector groups. To the extent Thai law allows, our liability for website use is limited to the amount you paid us for a specific cataloging pass, which may be zero if you only read the public pages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have venue for disputes that cannot be resolved by phone or email.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this URL. Continued reading after a change counts as acceptance of the revised text.
